Join us for an empowering yoga practice that will help you find your center and build strength, both physically and mentally. ππͺ In this session, we'll explore yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to release tension and promote relaxation. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced yogis! πΌπ
