The World Languages Lab is delighted to invite you and the MSU family to the Grand-Reopening take place this Wednesday September 13th at 10 a.m. in Holmes Hall G03. FREE FOOD and LIVE MUSIC!
Come and see how we connected language learning to A.I. and remodeled the World Languages Lab with a Virtual Reality Station for our students. With this new addition we made history as no HBCU across the United States (except Morgan State University) has a VR platform to learn languages with the VR program ImmerseMe: ImmerseMe - Using virtual reality to learn languages.
our updates/renovations include a iMAC Station, a Virtual Language Exchange Station, whose program has been created by Dr. Gonzalo Baptista (where students can communicate with students from different continents and Learn Spanish), and a tutoring station to assist students learning Spanish organized by our own MSU Spanish minor Alyssa Wright (under the supervision of Dr. Megan DeVirgilis):
We are looking forward to seeing you in historic Holmes Hall to celebrate history in the making!
Respectfully:
