 hop is part of Track 1\, which focuses on building strong\, broad science‑c
 ommunication skills. Workshops 1 and 2 emphasize how to craft compelling 1‑
 minute research pitches and 3‑minute research overviews—perfect preparation
  for presentations\, public engagement\, and the 3MT (Three Minute Thesis)
