 y director for planning and zoning. She oversees the Philadelphia City Pla
 nning Commission\, the Historical Commission\, the Art Commission\, and th
 e staff of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.\n\nEleanor is also the executiv
 e director of the City Planning Commission. She leads a team that engages 
 residents\, businesses\, and other stakeholders to plan the future of Phil
 adelphia and its neighborhoods. She also works to implement Philadelphia20
 35 – the City’s Comprehensive Plan.\n\nEleanor also served as deputy e
 xecutive director for the City Planning Commission. She has been the direc
 tor of planning for the City of New Rochelle and served as associate direc
 tor of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of P
 ennsylvania.\n\nEleanor holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howar
 d University. She has a master’s in city planning from the University of
  Pennsylvania.\n\nEleanor is a dog mom to her fifteen-pound\, spaniel mix 
 lap dog\, Jet.
