Home Is Where the Heart Is
Director: Mari-Andrea Travis Cast: Jordan Boyd, Teresa Folks, Kendall Jones, Keyana Lang, Macario Lenderos, Greg Towler, Jr.
This play explores the creation of a documentary based on two lives, one that is destitute of a physical home, and the other bereft of mental and emotional support. Although both experience different facets of homelessness, they share unique similarities. By comparing these two lives, the documentary emphasizes that emotional and physical deprivation can have equally profound impacts on a person’s sense of identity, self-worth and contribution to humanity. “Homelessness”
