I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to invite your organization/department to partner with us for an exciting and important event happening across our campus on National Voter Registration Day.
We are organizing a campus-wide effort to register students, staff, and community members to vote and we would love for your group to participate.
National Voter Registration Day Details:
Date: Tuesday,September 17th
Time: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: Morgan State University Campus
We aim to have voter registration stations set up in key areas across campus, making it convenient and accessible for everyone to get registered. Your involvement would be a key part of making this day a success.
Who is Eligible to Register Voters:
- Must be a Maryland Residence
- Individuals who have completed Voter Registration Training
How Can My Organization/Department Participate:
- If you wish to host a tabling event & you are NOT a Maryland resident, you can assist by providing a Proxy Registration.

What is a Proxy Registration?
- As a Proxy, you're not registering individuals, but you're providing a QR Code for access to online resources to interested voters from out of state
Whether you can assist with staffing a registration station, promoting the event, or even helping with voter education, your group's contribution will help ensure that we reach as many people as possible and encourage civic engagement within our community.
