#nsewWellness Wednesday: Reset, Recharge & Recenter
As part of National Student Employment Week, Wellness Wednesday invites the Morgan community to pause, breathe, and reconnect—led by the energy and creativity of our very own students.
This student-led experience centers movement, mindfulness, and expression as essential parts of the student employment journey. Through a series of rotating mini sessions, participants will engage in creative movement yoga, mindfulness practices, poetry and movement, and guided reflection—all designed to support balance, self-awareness, and well-being.
