Morgan TechFest is an all-day and first-of-its-kind technology event sponsored by Morgan State University's Computer Science Department.

The goals of Morgan TechFest are to educate Morgan students on the impact of technology on their career path, to get them connected with tech organizations, and to strengthen ties between the Computer Science Department and technology industries.

The department is currently addressing societal needs, particularly in the ongoing delivery of high-quality education and the construction of computer facilities and student environments.

Given the advancement of technology and the importance of this degree, the TechFest project is much more interested in establishing a TechHub for computer science students, a technologically advanced reinforced space to support ongoing innovation in ideas, classrooms, study rooms, living and learning communities, and tech-related events.
