Shrinking Fear & Stress in a Dynamic Workforce
Stress and fear identify themselves in a multitude of ways. This workshop helps faculty & staff to identify both stress and fear that may be holding them back from executing as their greatest selves at work, home, and life. The learned applications will increase self-awareness and bring additional mindfulness of and for attendees, students, and the community.

How to improve your Career? Setting Personal and Professional Goals!
Ever believed that you can achieve any obstacles in your life but unsure how to reach them? This workshop will provide practical tips, resources, and advice to setting your personal goals that align with your professional visions. You will be able to ask Human Resources professionals about navigating available resources to not only set goals but to be encouraged to go beyond them. Not only does this workshop include information but we will also have a Q&A session with the Interim AVP of Human Resources to inquire succession planning for employees.
