Join us for Mindfulness Monday, the kickoff event of our Counseling Center Spirit Week! Immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your inner self.

What to Expect:

  • Mindfulness Exercise: Start the day with a guided mindfulness session. Learn techniques to enhance your focus, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm—perfect for navigating the challenges of student life.
  • Soul Card Collage: After the mindfulness session, unleash your creativity by creating a personal soul card collage. Use magazines, art supplies, and your imagination to express what brings you joy, peace, and fulfillment. This engaging activity will help you visualize your self-care goals and reflect on what truly matters to you.

Who Can Attend: All students are welcome, regardless of experience with mindfulness or art. Come as you are!

Why Attend? Taking time for self-care is essential for your well-being. This event not only provides tools for managing stress but also fosters connection with others in our campus community.
