The Finance Internship Program (FIP) is an immersive 11-week summer program that provides valuable and impactful work experience within dynamic roles across the CVS Health Finance organization.​ Interns will have the opportunity to participate in:​

• Professional development workshops​
• Community service activities​
• Mentorship and networking opportunities​
• Interaction with senior leaders​
• Our corporate interns have an increased likelihood of receiving a full-time offer for a future role with CVS Health.​ 

Education Requirements:

• Current juniors pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or similar quantitative majors​
• Master’s students completing 3+1 or 4+1 programs may be considered​

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership experience​
• Internship, work, or project experience in a related field​
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools​
• Strong written and verbal communication skills​
• Interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation​

Talent Pipeline: Our internship serves as the premier entry point into the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), which is a three-year rotational experience designed to develop you into a future finance leader at CVS Health.​
