Submission of Abstracts with full papers for peer review: July 30, 2019
Notification of paper acceptance: August 30, 2019
Registration of ($500) for delegates/authors presenting papers: August 30, 2019
Submission of final papers for publication: September 15, 2019
CONFERENCE: OCTOBER 29- 31, 2019
