https://tubmandouglassfilms.com/In partnership with Maryland Public Television (MPT), Morgan State is pleased to host a screening of Stanley Nelson's documentaries on Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass during is weeklong HBCU Week special broadcast and special programming.
MSU students plan to attend this special showing of this newly produced film on two of the most pivotal and transformative figures in African American history. Prior to the screening, the Morgan Community can enjoy a festival-like atmosphere with FOOD, MUSIC BY DJ, and VOTING REGISTRATION. The screening will take place both inside and outside of the University Student Center simultaneously beginning promptly at 8 p.m. The screening will be immediately followed by a panel discussion in the Student Center Theater with MSU's Dr. Jared A. Ball.
This event is particularly important to incoming first year students and sophomores – BE SURE TO ATTEND!
