About this Event
The School of Graduate Studies Spring 2025 professional development workshop series kicks off next Thursday, January 23rd with GradLife, focusing on Tips to Overcome Imposter Syndrome as a Graduate Student.
Imposter syndrome, defined as "feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success," is very real and can be prevalent among graduate students. These feelings of deception can prevent you from feeling proud of your academic achievements. To help graduate students start the Spring semester on a positive note, Certified Professional and Executive Coach, founder of ILW Consulting, and current Morgan State University doctoral student, Ivori Lipscomb-Warren, will facilitate this event and provide strategies to help them overcome this challenge.
