The Fall 2026 Faculty Institute at Morgan State University is centered on the theme, "One Morgan. One Direction. 60 by 30."  This year's Fall Institute invites faculty and guests to engage deeply with one of our most urgent and meaningful institutional priorities: achieving a 60% six-year graduation rate for first-time, full-time freshman students by 2030. Through keynote addresses, a dynamic presentation and panel from our Enrollment Management and Student Success team, school and college strategy sessions, and moments of connection and celebration, the Fall 2026 Faculty Institute challenges us to move from shared commitment to collective action. Together, we will examine how our individual contributions align with our institutional goals and leave with a renewed sense of purpose in the work we do every day on behalf of Morgan's students.
