This interactive workshop offers proven strategies for cultivating mentors as faculty seek tenure and even promotion.
So often, we wait to be matched or shy about approaching people. Also, sometimes we are ignored in our search but need to persevere. Dr. Leah Hollis, Associate Professor in the School of Education & Urban Studies will address these issues in this session.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have generated specific goals about seeking mentors.
The workshop is for junior faculty, and any faculty wishing to expand their network.
