The Dr. Rosalyn Terborg-Penn Women's History Month Convocation is the seventh convocation in the year-long celebration of African American History and culture at Morgan State University. The convocation celebration celebrates the achievements of women, especially African American women, in the history of the nation and the world.
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Kamila Alexander from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.
Her topic: “The Expansive Geographies of Black Women: How Networks, Places and Spaces Support Survivors of Gender-Based Violence”
