The Ever-Changing Face of Gambling: From Sports Betting, to iGaming, to Prediction Markets
The Center for Data Analytics and Sports Gaming Research (DASGR) at Morgan State University will host its 3rd Annual Town Hall on Friday, March 6, 2026, bringing together policymakers, regulators, researchers, industry leaders, and campus stakeholders for a timely and substantive discussion on the rapidly evolving gambling ecosystem.
This year’s Town Hall, titled “The Ever-Changing Face of Gambling: From Sports Betting, to iGaming, to Prediction Markets,” will examine how emerging gambling verticals are reshaping public policy, regulation, education, and research, with a particular focus on Maryland’s role at the intersection of innovation, integrity, and consumer protection.
