CodeBears is a two-week summer coding boot camp taking place from July 14–25, 2025, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Morgan State University. Designed for rising 4th through 8th grade students, the program offers hands-on, culturally responsive learning experiences in coding, robotics, and emerging technologies. Students will explore platforms such as LEGO® SPIKE™ Prime, Sphero BOLT and RVR+ robots, Tello EDU drones, Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, and more. Led by experienced undergraduate instructors, participants will collaborate on interactive projects, engage in team-building activities, and showcase their work during a final awards ceremony. The $300 registration fee includes instruction, materials, meals, and all activities.
