The Honors College United Nations Lecture Series highlights both the great scholars and government officials of all fields locally and from across the nation.
RACHEL MOYNIHAN serves as the Advocacy and Communications Specialist in the Washington Office of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). In her role in the Washington office, Rachel serves as a liaison with U.S. Administration, Members of Congress, civil servants and key NGO partners. Rachel joined UNFPA after five years with The Glover Park Group (GPG), a leading strategic communications and government affairs firm headquartered in Washington. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University, and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from The University of Virginia.
