Celebrate tradition, connection, and Morgan pride during Bear Family Weekend 2026! Families, students, alumni, and supporters are invited to spend an unforgettable weekend experiencing the best of Morgan State University through engaging activities, campus traditions, and exciting events designed to strengthen the Bear Family.

Throughout the weekend, connect with campus resources, enjoy our signature Bear Family Reunion, cheer on the Morgan Bears Football Team, gather for a family brunch, and close the weekend together with worship at the University Memorial Chapel. Whether you're visiting Morgan for the first time or continuing a cherished family tradition, Bear Family Weekend is the perfect opportunity to create lasting memories and celebrate what it means to be part of the Morgan community.

Weekend Highlights

• Friday, September 11 – Departmental Resource Fair (1:00–3:00 p.m., University Student Center)
• Saturday, September 12 – Bear Family Reunion (2:00–5:30 p.m., USC Morgan Commons), followed by the Morgan Bears Football Game at 6:00 p.m. at Hughes Stadium (special ticket pricing available for registered families)
• Sunday, September 13 – Sunday Brunch (10:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Thurgood Marshall Dining Hall) and Sunday Service (2:00 p.m., University Memorial Chapel)
