Top Candidates Presentations 

August 4, 8, & 11, 2022

Following a comprehensive evaluation of all of the qualified applicant submissions and an initial round of interviews, the search committee has identified three top candidates for the open position of Associate Vice President & Dean of Students (AVP/DS). These candidates are Michelle Cheatem, Ed.D., Natasha Williams, M.Ed, and Letitia Williams, Ph.D. Candidate bios can be found here.

We will host open sessions with the candidates where they will present The Future of Student Affairs at HBCUs, Post-Pandemic; Strategies to Position the Division of Student Affairs at MSU for Success. Please join us in person in BSSC (New Jenkins) Room 108 or online. Each candidate will present for 20 minutes, followed by approximately 40 minutes for Q&A.
