 ) professionals. Drawing on recent research\, this talk will share findings
  on how HESA professionals currently understand and engage with AI—and wher
 e the gaps lie. We’ll discuss why building AI self-efficacy matters for our
  field\, and outline practical\, ethical\, and equity-minded strategies for
  becoming critical users and consumers of AI in student affairs work. Parti
 cipants will leave with actionable ideas to strengthen their own AI literac
 y and confidently navigate the evolving landscape of AI in higher education
