REDEDICATION CEREMONY

The Harvey African-American Flag was created by Morgan State University graduates, Tonya Harvey Clark and the late David Harvey in November 1991. The flag  flies over Hughes stadium at Morgan State, is present on the campus of Coppin State, other HBCU’s, museums ,churches and Black businesses.
