The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification was developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) for those persons who do not yet meet the experience requirements (as a project leader) to apply to take the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification examination, yet desire a certification that validates their knowledge of project management principles. The CAPM Exam tests knowledge of the material in the PMBOK Guide.

The four-day workshop’s first class start promptly at 8:30 a.m. ends at 4:00 p.m.

Note: Garage parking (next to the Student Center) and street parking are available. Information on directions and parking are available on the Morgan State University website.
The PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)—Fifth Edition, Rita Mulcahy’s CAPM Exam Prep (Third Edition), and a bound copy of all instruction slides are provided. This course provides the training hours required for the CAPM exam.
There is a cancellation fee of $100.00 if not cancelled three days prior to the class start date.
The focus of these classes is on what you need to know to pass the PMI CAPM certification examination!
