37th Annual Spring Concert

The Morgan State University Dance Ensemble will present its 37th Annual Spring Concert Friday and Saturday, April 25 and 26, 2014 at 7:30pm.  This year’s concert will include cutting-edge modern dance and contemporary African works by co-directors Drs. Charles Carter and Glendola Yhema Mills and company assistants Isiaih Davis and Aaron Lewis.  Additional contemporary works by guest artists Vincent Thomas, Karen Love and alumni Charise Byers will also premier.  Friday and Saturday will include special guest appearances by local dance artist Torens Johnson and members of the Baltimore/Chicago Contemporary Dance Theater.

Non PMI Members $999.00. PMI members $699.00. Chapter members $499.00. MSU students and faculty $150.00. 

The Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification was developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) for those persons who do not yet meet the experience requirements (as a project leader) to apply to take the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification examination, yet desire a certification that validates their knowledge of project management principles. The CAPM Exam tests knowledge of the material in the PMBOK Guide.

The four-day workshop’s first class start promptly at 8:30 a.m. ends at 4:00 p.m.

Morgan State University Student Center, Room 316. The Student Center is east of Hillen Road (Perring Parkway), two buildings south of Cold Spring Lane (view Campus Map)

Note: Garage parking (next to the Student Center) and street parking are available. Information on directions and parking are available on the Morgan State University website.


The PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)—Fifth Edition, Rita Mulcahy’s CAPM Exam Prep (Third Edition), and a bound copy of all instruction slides are provided. This course provides the training hours required for the CAPM exam.

There is a cancellation fee of $100.00 if not cancelled three days prior to the class start date.

While prominent atheists, humanists, and secularists insist that questions of faith be resolved using the same epistemic tools as scientific inquiry, many members of faith communities relate to these questions through the lens of identity and solidarity.  At this conference, we propose to take up the intersecting theories of faith and unbelief as identities, epistemic methods, and ethico-political disruptions to the oppressive status quo.
